Rock Pool School with Discover Lulworth

At low tides an array of marine life is revealed along the shoreline including brilliant barnacles, awesome anemones, slimy seaweed and crafty crabs.

Throughout July and August, your children can join Lulworth's Rock Pool School to ramble across the rocks, discover this fantastic wildlife and enjoy identifying creatures with their own spotters sheet. The pools are only uncovered for a few hours each day before they are claimed once again by the gentle sea replenishing the marine life within, so don’t miss your opportunity to explore.

Where: Meet at Lulworth Visitor Centre Reception (Lulworth Cove – BH20 5RQ).

When: (27/7/18 11:30 – 12:30) – (30/7/18 13:30 – 14:30) – (10/8/18 14:00-15:00) – (14/8/18 14:00 – 15:00).

Price: £4.00 per child.

Please Bring: Not required but bring along a net & buckets if you desire.

Suitability: All ages welcome, not suitable for very young children.

Accessibility: Rock pools are notoriously slippery places, not suited for wheelchair users.
