Lewis-Manning Hospice Care's Muddy Dog Dash is back at Upton Country Park for 2025!

When: Saturday, 29th March 2025
Where: Upton Country Park, Poole

Bring your furry friend or join the fun solo as we tackle a dog-tastic obstacle course designed for all abilities! Choose between the 2.5km or 5km routes and navigate through:
Muddy ditches
Tunnels
Wiggle poles
Tyre runs and ramps
And new for 2025!
Doggy Disco
Colour Rope Jump (under and over)

Whether you run, walk, jog, or skip, it's all about having fun while supporting a great cause.

Fun for spectators too! There will be more to enjoy: music and entertainment from HOT Radio, delicious food and drinks at the park's Tea Rooms & Kiosk, 'Craft and Cheer' stall to stay warm and dry and craft while you wait for your loved ones to complete their challenge.
