Poole Dream Machines Bike of the Night Winner 2 May 2017

Bike of the Night Winner 2 May 2017

Winner Jerome Matisonn, and Judge Mayor of Poole Cllr Xena Dion

A dry and cloudy evening saw approx. 250 bikes travelling to Poole Quay, for the weekly Poole Dream Machines showcasing bikes from rare customised classics and custom builds to trikes and the latest superbikes.

Congratulations to Jerome Matisonn who won the ‘Bike of the Night’ title on his 1999 Harley Soft Tail Custom Bike. Jerome said “I’ve dreamt of owning a Harley for 30 years and finally had some spare cash and bought my dream bike”.  The bike drew attention with its fabulous art work with particularly eye-catching front wheels.

Jerome rode home with a race kit courtesy of Muc-Off,with a goodie bag fromLester Aldridge. Judge for the night was Mayor of Poole Cllr Xena Dion who chose the bike because “I couldn’t believe it was 18 years old and used often, as it was looked immaculate”.

If you’re an avid biker, don't forget we have a limited stock of season armbands from Poole Tourist Information Centre (now located within Poole Museum) which give access to the whole season for £8.
